Lot 1

Large, fully treed lot over 4 acres. There are wonderful hills on the lot, with a gentle slope to the water. There is also a hiking trail around the lot, so that you may fully appreciate the size and foliage. This lot sides on a small cove in addition to the river channel.

Lot 5

Lot is over 2 acres with a relatively flat topography. The trees have been cleared around the entrance area with thicker treed area near the water.

Lot 9

Lot has over 3 acres with a small point of land stretching into the river. The entrance has been cleared for easy viewing.

Lot 10

Lot #10 is one of the signature lots.  It is 3.4 acres with 460’ of waterfrontage.  The upper boundary is beside a little watercourse and empties into a cove that has skinny water at low tied.  This makes for a very picturesque view looking upriver from the house location.  The down river view is at least two miles.

The lot is very level on top next to the road.  It is covered with large mature hardwood trees and it has a driveway that is about 200 feet in length.  The lot then slopes steeply to the water fro another 150’ then levels off. The elevation from top to bottom is 40’ to 50’.  Selective old timber has been cut to allow for the new growth.  Some old brush has been cleared away so the lot is easy to walk around.

Lot 12 & 13

These two lots have been combined into one. They are unique as they start off high from the main road and slope winding driveways to the flat fields that follow the river. There are views in three directions of water and good water depth. Lot 12 also has an old stone foundation that forms a natural rock garden and the fields fill with daisies in the summer. If combined, these two lots would form a beautiful country estate property.

Lot 18

This point of land reaches into the water, spreading over almost 3 acres with 590 feet of waterfront. The lot is high overlooking the river with lots of trees and a few large rocks that would be excellent in the landscaping. The entrance and driveway are complete.

Lot 19

This is the only lot with its only private island and sand bar. You could picture sitting on your deck, overlooking your gazebo on the island. The water is very deep between the lot and the island so a dock would be a great option. The lot is almost 3 acres with over 400 feet on the waterfront, not including the island.

Lot 24

This is a unique layout as the lot is quite deep, with a roughed in driveway. It is high and then slopes to the river. On the water, the lot hugs the shoreline moving around a point of land, therefore the views are spectacular up the river. The lot is almost 4 acres with over 500 feet on the water. There are many mature tress, feature rocks, lots of ferns and moss as groundcover.

If you love the sound of a babbling brook, this is your lot. With a large brook running from the roadway to the river, the springtime runoff is amazing. The lot is almost 4 acres large and has lots of new tree growth. The waterfront has shallow water, protected from the ocean channel.
