Spring Brings Introduction of Phase II

It is an exciting start to Spring with the introduction of Phase II, consisting of 14 large lots with varying geographies. These lots are situated just across from the Waterfront Lots, with power and phone access. Some have views of the water from high ground, others lovely wooded areas for lots of privacy.

All lots have access to the water by Reflection Park, a common area in Sawmill Landing for all to enjoy. From there, it is an easy paddle up to Sherbrooke Village or an easy starting point for a day on the Atlantic Ocean. For all of you new Sawmill property owners, we’d like to extend our help in developing your new lot.

If you’ve got plans to build a residence small or large or are keen to put in a wharf we can help. Get in touch via email if you’d like to receive information about Sawmill Developments services!

We have met many new people coming to visit Sawmill Landing and we are thrilled with the comments. As local residents, we sometimes take for granted our area and what Sawmill Landing offers that is so special. We welcome all the new land owners!
