Dreaming of property in Nova Scotia?
Untouched by the world outside, why not come for a visit!
Sawmill Landing Developments invites travelers and those looking to secure a piece of paradise to Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia.
Sawmill Landing was created to give more people the opportunity to enjoy their own piece of nature in a vibrant community that still has attributes of life in the 1800s. Sherbrooke Village is a large part of the community. A restored area of the village displays life as it was during the gold rush and ship building days of the 1800s.
Venture to Sherbrooke in the summer to enjoy the slower pace, the beauty of its surroundings and the many festivals. Fish the famous St. Mary’s river, kayak to secluded beaches, sail or power your way to the mouth of the river and feel the rush of the Atlantic. There’s nothing more beautiful than living life in its purest form, amid the natural serenity of Sawmill Landing.
Music is a constant in our community so enjoy the natural acoustics
of the Historic Courthouse for regular concerts.
Courthouse Concert Series
